How promote new series
which takes place in 2384?
Altered Carbon is a cyberpunk dystopian series from Netflix. The series takes place over 300 years in the future, in the year 2384. In the future, a person's memories can be decanted in a disk-shaped device called a cortical stack, which is implanted in the vertebrae at the back of the neck. These storage devices are of alien design and have been reverse engineered and mass produced. Physical human or synthetic bodies called "sleeves" are used as vessels that can accept any stack. These sleeves and stacks are produced by a high-tech company called PsychaSec.
To promote season one and show people the real world of Altered Carbon we’ve opened a physical pop-up showroom in Warsaw, where they could learn more about the world in 2134 and engage into live & artistic experience. They could immerse in a looped performance, browse the living body catalogue and try on a new body (interactive mirror). Create an artistic cyberpunk disturbing dark experience of browsing the sleeves catalogue. A looped interactive performance feat. real bodies. Directed and choreographed by Marta Ziółek.
